For unworn, unlaundered, and resalable items, a seamless return experience is offered by the brand within 90 days post-purchase, provided a valid receipt or packing slip is enclosed. Should the prepaid return label be used, a deduction of $7.50 will apply to the refund or merchandise credit, but this does not apply to defective or damaged items, or exchanges. It's important to note that shipping and handling costs are generally non-refundable; however, if an error was made by the brand during shipment, these charges will be refunded. The original form of payment will be credited for all returns.
